St Mary’s Feast Day 2024
in the Year of Prayer
This year, the Feast of Our Lady of the Angels will be on Friday, 2 August 2024, where we remember and celebrate once again God’s extravagant love and mercy poured out to us through the Portiuncula Indulgence, which St Francis of Assisi obtained from Jesus through the intercession of the Virgin Mary. This year, being the Year of Prayer, our Parish Friars invite you and your family to come together and join us to pray and celebrate as a community from 1 to 4 August:

Feast Day Fundraising Events
Last year, we raised funds for building a wheelchair access ramp which is now open for use (from early July 2024). This year, we will need to raise more than $1 million for our Maintenance Fund for major repair works (such as painting, roof works, kneeler repair, sewage pipes etc) required throughout the church grounds. Our physical main church compound was rebuilt and completed in 2003, so it is already more than 20 years old and in need of repair. We have organised the following fundraising events to support this cause, so please support us as we rebuild and repair our church & home at St Mary’s!
